Who I Help
On an individual level, Katie works with athletes, coaches, and teams to help them reach their potential. For curricular needs or programming, I work with community recreation, sport organizations, and athletic departments.
How I Do It
Through a holistic approach covering a wide range of mental skills, we work to meet athletes where they are, set goals, and reach them. We provide an in depth analysis of current athletic department or community programming needs, and identify ways in which our curricula can support your needs.
What's in It for You
Athletes will get a personalized connection with Katie, developing both long and short term plans. For larger team or programmatic needs, departments will get access to a wide range of programs, assessments, and long term support.
